Is there a refund or race change policy?
Life happens. If life happens to you, let us know and we will do our best to work something out. Deferrals are pretty easy until two weeks before the race. After that, deferrals will be given on special cases only. Event changes are no problem. Refunds… before we order shirts, medals and awards it’s usually ok. After that it costs us money and we were prefer to defer you to next year. And fair warning, if you made a scheduling blunder or other logistical conflicts, or just have a change of heart, that is going to be on you. In the event that the race is cancelled for safety reasons due to inclement weather, unfortunately, no refunds will be offered.
